Qualification: BHMS/ BAMS / MBBS / BDS / BPT
Experience: 0 to 5+ Years (Clinical / Non Clinical)
CTC - BAMS/ BHMS/ BDS/ BPT : - 4 Lac to 6 Lac pa (Depending on interview)
MBBS : - 5 Lac to 7 Lac pa (Depending on interview)
Shift timings: 8am - 5pm
5 days working: Tuesday - Saturday
Week Off: Sunday & Monday
Job profile:
1. Listen and comprehend recorded patient physician interactions, develop an impression about the clinical condition and document clinical history, examination findings & plan of action
2. Create highly structured (literally medical text-book style) clinical notes, summarize findings and insights- with sections such as history of present illness, review of systems, physical examination, assessment details, treatment plan etc.
3. Populate the summarized data in the electronic health record.(EHR)
4. Maintain clinical note quality using documentation norms and physician preferences

JOB TITLE : Trichologist
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Trichologist plays a major role in the clinical procedures performed at AHS. Trichologist takes reviews of Advanced Laser Therapy clients and evaluate the results of clients. Counsel and advice clients on any hair and scalp related issues & also conduct reviews of Strand by Strand - Ultimate clients.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Age should be 30+ and an experienced medical practitioner as BHMS or BAMS or BDS
Trichology experience will be ab added advantage
Taking client reviews
Maintain client medical history, result images, reviews and load on software
To explain other procedures like SBS Ultimate if client has the need or interest
Meeting ALT clients as and when required to answer questions, concerns etc.
Client handling/objection handling with regard to the clinical procedures
Recommend client some extra supplements, vitamins, diet and lifestyle charts only if absolutely necessary
Assist ALT & SBS U department in setting stage for 2nd sale
Help consultant in consultation if any technical queries to be answered.
Do act as a consultant and contribute to the revenue at the centre as and when required
Act as a support system to the ALT & SBS - U Team as well as helping the smooth functioning of the studio
Coordinate meetings with ALT Team, FD and Studio Manager whenever necessary
Work closely with the department team for up selling (2nd sale)
Recommended / suggest the other AHS products and procedures when necessary

One of our clients an upcoming Aesthetic and Beauty Clinic in Khargar , Navi Mumbai has an requirement for BHMS/BAMS doctor as a Counsellor (Dermatologist) The details of which are as below : -
- As a counsellor your primary objective is to deliver the highest standards of medical excellence & patient experience by effectively communicating with them.
- Welcome the patients as the face of the company and understand from the patients their need to visit the clinic, background and nature of complaints, enough to make a diagnosis. Taking and uploading photographs of patients in skin, hair or other cases where required.
- Recording a short enquiry history, family & past history & treatment taken as per predefined medical protocols and accordingly selecting the relevant protocols in CMS and filling the first observation findings.
- Conducting basic examination, special tests such as trichoscan, dermascan, body mass analysis, etc. and recording the findings.
- Concluding the diagnosis and explain the patients about scope of treatments at the clinic for their problems, nature of treatments, approximate duration of treatment, statistics of patients treated with similar complaints, expected outcomes, the process of patient care at the clinic and cost of the treatment with relevant discounts or schemes.
- Helping the patient with registration and guiding the patient to case taking to understand the changes in health conditions and provide the best treatment to the patients according to the principles of homoeopathy.
- Explaining Self-Help to the patients for do’s and don’ts, nutrition and exercise advice and any other relevant advice for the patient to be followed.
- Making the first prescription in consultation with Clinic Head or Senior Consultant (in normal cases) or Medical Expert Committee (in cases of difficult or rare cases).
- Doing a periodical review of the case to know the status of improvement in the patient’s condition and explain the same the patient through evidence recorded as photographs, reports or special tests such as trichoscan and dermascan.
- In cases of aggravated cases or in cases where a difficulty is faced or treatment is not satisfactory, doctor escalates the respective cases to a Senior Consultant or Medical Expert Committee and takes timely help.
- Making Calendar of Follow up Appointments (Updates) in CMS and providing the same to patient and introducing the patient to the follow-up doctor and CHC.
